    After design team confirm the samples and drawings, the aluminium section production line start produce the aluminium sections. And after finish the sections, the put them aging and oxidation to make it hard and highly arti-rust.

  • Cutting and Drilling

    Cutting and Drilling

    After aluminium sections done, transfer the to cutting and drilling production line if required or transfer to package line. 

  • Assemble

    Assemble

    The assemble team assemble the small componnets in assemle line, the quality department check them again and again before make mackage.

  • Package and Loading

    Package and Loading

    The small components all packed on cartons and then packed on wooden pallet. The rails packed with kraft paper and then packed on pallets. These package solution ensure safty and easy loading. 

Quality Control

WOCHN value products quality as our life. QC department take part in the whole production progress: test incoming material, check hardware, progress inspection, zinc coating and anodized thickness test, package test, etc, until the products approved to delivery out. And the products certificated by certified by CE, TUV, SGS, UL, Gamcorp, Intertek international standard.
